The MEINL Percussion Digital Cajon is designed to expand your sound options and enable silent practice. This full-sized cajon is completely digital, allowing you to access a wide range of pre-programmed digital samples of MEINL instruments and other drums, including cajons, bongos, rock drums, cymbals, and tambourines. The durable and sensitive trigger pads are positioned in a natural cajon playing position, providing a comfortable and seamless playing experience.
The cajon's birch body is equipped with four rubber trigger pads on the playing surface. Each pad creates its own sampled digital sound, giving you the freedom to move around and experiment with different rhythms and sound combinations. Ten sound combinations are available, and you can select them hands-free by tapping the included foot pedal or by pressing the buttons located on the top of the cajon.
The Digital Cajon is versatile and can be used in both acoustic band performances and plugged-in settings. Stereo and mono quarter-inch output jacks allow you to connect the cajon to any amp or PA system, and you can adjust the volume as needed using the volume dial.
